Japanese Food Ingredients

In 2009, we expanded into the export of frozen roasted eel (Unagi Kabayaki) and have since broadened our presence in multiple countries. In addition to roasted eel fillets, we supply roasted eel sushi slices, unadon cuts, dices, flakes, skewers, and more. We offer flexible packaging options, including IVP (Individual Vacuum Packages) or bulk, and can adjust the flavor, sauce percentage, and roasting style based on client preferences. We also accommodate smaller orders or mixed loads with products like edamame, mukimame, or dim sum (spring rolls, samosas, etc. ). The second factory Qingdao Legeng Foodstuff Co., Ltd was founded in 2005 with occupying area of 43300 square meters and building area of 22000 square meters. It holds the low temperature frozen store capacity of 15, 500 tons, fresh store with capacity of 2000 tons. The factory is equipped with 3 set of most advanced IQF machinery, can process 12MT per hour and with annual capacity of 47, 000 tons.

The third factory was founded in 2009 with occupying area of 10000 square meters and building area of 5700 square meters., and mainly produce frozen vegetables and fruits. It holds the low temperature frozen store capacity of 10000 tons, fresh store with capacity of 1000 tons.

The Fourth factory is a big factory with occupying area of 220000 square meters, was built in 2012, Located in Inner Mongolia Province, Total investment of 30 million RMB, named Inner Mongolia Legeng foodstuff Co., Ltd, mainly processing frozen vegetables and fruits. We have 100000Mu farm in north of China, and plant many kinds of vegetables.
