What about the factory?

We have our own test center, all our material will be tested through the following tests:

Coating tested by Xenon Weather-Ometer, Temperature Chamber
Microprocessor Control Universal Tester and Salt Spray Tester

The finished products tested by Fatigue Test Machine and Impact Tester.

We also established Quality Assurance Regulation, Quality Improvement Measures, and Quality Responsibility System which means all the designing, purchasing, manufacturing, assembling, inspection and after-service are all conducted and controlled under the ISO9001 Certification.

1. Quality control during the production process
In the production process, parts under each product line will going through the workers′ self-inspection, workers′ mutual inspection and special quality inspection personnel′ inspection to ensure that the rejects do not come into the next line.

2. For each order, we will go through the control of First inspection Circuit inspection and Final inspection.
